SRC PI18 Planning registration
PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.
This is our fourth use of the PI Planning process. You can find out more details of the agenda here: https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SRCSC/PI18-SRC+Planning . (Note there is no Indico version of the agenda - below the day markers are simply pointers to Confluence).
If you have no knowledge of the Scaled Agile terminology and processes it is strongly recommended that you attend or review the PI Planning Process Overview session on 23rd February. We will continue to use a simpler approach where possible but the purpose and end results will be similar.
If you are attending please register using this page. The reason for registering is that it helps us understand who is coming (numbers, timezones for future reference etc.) but is also needed for configuring the tools that we use (Slack channels for coordination, ZoomKeyhole for whereabouts during the event and so on). As the event starts we are all very busy and will have little time to amend things for those who register late. Please help us to help you! Thank you.
