SRC PI0 / PI15 Planning registration

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

This is our first run through the process and it helps to have a list of expected attendees, and confirmation of their available tools and timezones, so please register.

If you have no knowledge of the Scaled Agile terminology and processes it is recommended that you as a minimum look at the PI Planning Process Overview recently given for the SKAO Construction Agile Release Train planning event. For the SRC PI0/PI15 planning we will use a simpler approach where possible but the purpose and end results will be similar.

If you are attending please register. The reason for registering is that it helps us understand who is coming (numbers, timezones for future reference etc.) but is also needed for configuring the tools that we use (Slack channels for coordination, ZoomKeyhole for whereabouts during the event and so on). As the event starts we are all very busy and will have little time to amend things for those who register late. Please help us to help you! Thank you.
