Video Conferencing

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

PI22 will follow the 'distributed colocation' model for the following ARTs:

• ObsMgt and Controls (OMC)
• Data Processing (DP)
• Services (SER)
• MID (MID)
• LOW (LOW)

This entails targeting face to face team planning with virtual plenary sessions.

This is all subject to:

• Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
• COVID restriction in both home and planning locations

The SRCNet planning model and location for PI22 is yet to be decided. Appropriate logistical information will be made available nearer to the time of the SRCNet PI22 planning event.
