Video Conferencing

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

PI25 will follow the 'distributed colocation' model for the following ARTs:

• Services (SER)
• Obs Mgt & Controls (OMC)
• Data Processing (DP)
• Low Train (LOW)
• Mid Train (MID)

This entails targeting face to face team planning with virtual plenary sessions.

The following ARTs will be hosting Face-to-Face planning events:

• SRCNet (SRC) in the UK at Jodrell Bank

 

This is all subject to:

• Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
• COVID restriction in both home and planning locations
