PI#27 Planning Events

Distributed Colocation

Ferdl Graser (Vivo Technical), Jeremy Coles (Cambridge), Maikel Lukkezen, Ray Brederode (SKA Observatory), Rhian Beer, Selvaganesh KALYANASUNDARAM, Snehal Valame (Sanikaizen Solutions), Verity Allan (University of Cambridge)

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

PI27 will follow a Face-to-Face model for the following ARTs:

• Mid Train (MID)

This entails targeting face to face plenary and team planning sessions.

Other ARTs will follow a distributed colocation model:

• Obs Mgt & Controls (OMC)
• Data Processing (DP)
• Services (SER)
• Low Train (LOW)

 

The SRCNet ART will publish its plans for the Jun 25 event closer to the time.

This is all subject to:

• Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
• COVID restriction in both home and planning locations
