Description
PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.
ARTs will follow a distributed colocation model:
- Obs Mgt & Controls (OMC)
- Data Processing (DP)
- Services (Ser)
- Low Train (Low)
- Mid Train (Mid)
This is all subject to:
- Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
- COVID restriction in both home and planning locations
