Distributed Co-location

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

PI33 will follow a Distributed Colocation model for most teams. A limited number of teams will however gather at the SKAO GHQ, Jodrell Bank, UK for Face-to-Face planning sessions.

ARTs following the distributed colocation model:

• Data Processing (DP)
• Observation Management & Controls (OMC)
• Services (SER)
• Low Train (LOW)
• Mid Train (MID)

 

This is all subject to:

• Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
• COVID restriction in both home and planning locations
