Please register for the visit to the SKA Karoo by filling in the registration form, make payment and complete and return the Indemnity Form to niesa@ska.ac.za.

Please note until all the above has been actioned, your place on a flight cannot be confirmed.

Once registered and paid, you will be contacted with regards to your time of your flight.  We anticipate this to be between 07.30 - 09.00.  If there is unexpected demand, we may offer afternoon flights to accommodate everyone.

Flight time to the Karoo takes 1hr 20 mins in 8 seater planes.  From landing you will spend approx. 2-3 hours on site which will include a short presentation and a tour of the facilities.

Please dress comfortably with closed toe shoes and take hat/sun cream as you feel appropriate.

Refreshments will be served.

As detailed in the Indemnity Agreement, no cell phones, wifi, bluetooth, radios, camera equipment, laptops or other electronics are allowed on site.

We are currently making arrangements with Execujet so that personal belongings/suitcases can be stored at their offices.

Once you have had your place confirmed, if for any reason you are not able to travel, please let us know as soon as possible.  If we are able to sell your place we will arrange a refund minus an administration fee.  Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
