Face-to-Face

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

PI26 will follow an Face-to-Face model for the following ARTs:

• Services (SER)
• Obs Mgt & Controls (OMC)
• Data Processing (DP)
• Low Train (LOW)
• Mid Train (MID)

This entails targeting face to face plenary and team planning sessions.

The SRCNet ART will publish its plans for the Mar 25 event closer to the time.

This is all subject to:

• Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
• COVID restriction in both home and planning locations
