Description

PI Planning is a cadence-based event that serves as the heartbeat of each Agile Release Train (ART), aligning all teams on an ART to a shared mission and Vision.

PI29 will follow a Face-to-Face model for the LOW ART in Perth: This entails targeting face to face plenary and team planning sessions.

Other ARTs will follow a distributed colocation model:

  • Obs Mgt & Controls (OMC)
  • Data Processing (DP)
  • Services (SER)
  • Low Train (LOW)
  • Mid Train (MID)

This is all subject to:

  • Both individuals and their companies agreement - No-one will be required to attend a face to face meeting.
  • COVID restriction in both home and planning locations

Detailed agendas will become available  here.
