The remote connection will be provided by the Vidyo conferencing system. Here you can find the instruction on how to connect:
1. download and install the VidyoDesktop client: simply go to inaf.ividio.net, choose the download related to your operating system (the site should automatically recognize if you are using Linux, MacOS X or Windows) and install the package
2. start the VidyoDesktop client
3. you will be prompted to access the Vidyo system via your account. Please IGNORE this form, since it is required to start a new conference, not join an existing one
4. go to https://inaf.ividio.net/flex.html?roomdirect.html&key=at2LO2UdC9oDDxO8UVKDeL94Nk
5. you will be prompted to insert the name you wish to be displayed in the conference room
6. insert the room PIN: 1234
7. you should now be connected
the conference room is already open, so you can test your connection whenever you like (you will be probably the only participant). Audio, video and desktop sharing are supported. For further information please contact me at
