This is the fourth in a series of meetings started in Trieste on February 2016, continued in Madrid (April 2016) and in Edinburgh (July 2016). The participants in the Trieste and Madrid meetings ratified need for an harmonised Monitoring and Control system for the SKA, and the process for attaining it.
The fourth Meeting will take place during the SKA Engineering Meeting at Stellenbosch in SouthAfrica, from the 2nd to the 4th of October 2016, and we will have reports on the LMC architecture for SADT.SAT (SAT.LMC) and the SADT Network Manager (SADT.NMGR), together with an update from the different task-groups from the ANT team. In addition, the Software Engineering Harmonisation Process will be described in this meeting.
