We managed to block rooms with a special rate at the Sorell Hotel Merian in Basel which is close to the Basel main train station and very close to the meeting venue (it’s a 10-minute walk).
Due to the holiday season, rooms can be booked until 19 December 2022. After this date, bookings will be made upon availability.

The rooms are available for occupancy starting at 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 12pm on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy:
It is possible to cancel your room free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the price of the stay will be charged.
