Please note that our meeting is taking place at a peak period in Geneva. Hotel rooms are therefore limited but we managed to partner with some hotels to have some block bookings (with a limited number of rooms) and get special deals (see information below).
We therefore advise that you book your room as soon as possible and within the indicated deadlines. Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis.

We made block bookings with special exclusive rates in 3 hotels of the Manotel Group centrally located near the Geneva train station with easy access to the conference venue by tram (15 min) or by foot (approx. 20min).

Added Benefits
City Tax entitles guests to the "Geneva Transport Card". This card is provided upon check-in and is valid during the entire guest stay. It can be used on the public transport "UNIRESO" within Geneva including train, tram, bus and "mouettes" boats.
Payment and guarantee
Payment will be made by the guest directly upon departure
The credit card of each participant, mandatory upon reservation, will guarantee the reservation in case of cancellation, late arrival or no show.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 24 hours before the arrival date, no penalty.
- Within 24 hours before the arrival date, the first night will be charged
- Any no show will be charged for 100% of the stay.
- Any shortening of stay once the client is at the hotel will be invoiced for 100% of the nights cancelled.
