TRANSPORT
Participants are strongly recommended to come by public transport to get to our conference venue.
By train (strongly recommended):
To reach the HE-Arc by train, get off at Neuchâtel train station "Neuchâtel, Gare". The HE-Arc is then just a 3 minute walk away along the train tracks.
By Bus (strongly recommended):
The closest bus stop is the train station stop - "Neuchâtel, Gare" which can be accessed with the local TransN buses https://www.transn.ch/. The HE-Arc is just a 3 minute walk away along the train tracks.
By car:
Those coming by car should park in the Neuchâtel train station parking lot or in the car park at the foot of the SFO tower. Please note that there will be a parking fee for these options. There are no visitor parking spaces at HE-Arc.
SESSIONS, BADGES & BREAKS
All sessions will be held in meeting Room CA 328 on the third floor.
Registration & badges will be located at the entrance of the meeting room.
Coffee breaks will be held outside the meeting room.
Lunches will be held on the same floor as the meeting room in the cafeteria area.
