If you wish to join the meeting, but are unable to physically attend, you will be able to join using one of the following methods:

• Using Vidyo Desktop (preferred solution):

  • Download the Vidyo Desktop application using a Flash enabled browser —Chrome has embedded Flash support—, from https://vidyo.skatelescope.org

  • Install the Vidyo Desktop application.

  • Once installed, open it, and don't login, you don't need credentials.

  • With Vidyo Desktop open, click on the meeting URL: http://skavid.org/j.santander-vela (again, on a Flash-enabled browser; if that link does not work, try clicking on this alternate link)

• Using a standard H.323/SIP system:

  • In the relevant UI for your system, dial 194.81.218.232 using H.323.

  • When the voice prompt requests it, enter meeting ID 69624, followed by #.

• Using a landline:

  • Dial +441617680155, and when the voice prompt requests it, enter 69624, followed by #.
