Instructions for Speakers

The following instructions are for those who have been invited to speak or introduce discussion topics at the conference:

  • The preferred platform for presentations is Microsoft Powerpoint, however keynote and pdf are available options.
  • The screen format is 16:9
  • Please embed any video files in your presentation. Sound will be channelled to the main speakers in the conference room
  • Presentations must be uploaded before the session concerned, at the latest.
  • Please note that the allocation of time for talks includes time for questions.
