Registration fees for Participants:
Early Bird Registration : 485CHF (until 30.09.2024)
Standard Registration: to be defined*
* Please note this is a not for profit event. Early bird pricing is the lowest pricing that will be available. Standard pricing may be raised if we don't receive enough registrations to break-even.
Registration as " Participant" will automatically include lunches, coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 27 November 2024.

Registration as " Online Participant" will automatically include full remote access to plenary and parallel sessions. Some workshops may not be accessible remotely.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations made more than one month before our event, 100% of your registration fee will be reimbursed minus 10% of administrative fee which will be deducted.
For cancellations made under one month before our event, 50% of your registration fee will be reimbursed minus 10% of administrative fee which will be deducted.
For cancellations made two weeks before our event, no reimbursement will take place.
