The following information has been collated by the Shanghai Observatory and is intended to provide you and any family members/spouses you may be bringing to Shanghai with you information on the various tourist activities that are available in Shanghai.

1. Shanghai Bus tour. 2-3hrs - including tour guide
Introduction: Shanghai trip will represent a perfect balance of comfort and efficiency. You can see some famous scene in Shanghai like the Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Museum, and Yu Garden. Then, spend some time at Nanjing Road and The Bund.

2. Old town tour
Line 1: Visit Zhujiajiao 3-5hrs. including tour guide, ticket and traffic.
Introduction: Zhujiajiao is a 54 square-kilometer fan-shaped ancient town bustling for over a thousand years. Embed between Dianshan Lake (the largest lake in Shanghai) and Dian Mountain, it is a famed ancient town labeled as Shanghai's Venice and the pearl stream by the lakeside of Dianshan Lake. As one of the first four major towns in China, this waterside town south of Yangtze River is composed of both natural landscapes and historic relics.

3: Visit Wuzhen
Line 2: 6-8hrs. including tour guide, ticket and traffic.
Introduction: With a history of 1,200-year, Wuzhen is about one hour's drive from Hangzhou,the capital of Zhejiang Province.The small town is famous for the ancient buildings and old town layout, where bridges of all sizes cross the streams winding through the town. It has a residential area, traditional workshop area, traditional culture area, traditional dining area, traditional shopping area, and even a scenery area that features local traditions and customss. The streets there all run alongside rivers with bridges for intersections. Houses are built along the rivers, and they are typically imposing dwellings with spacious courtyards, overlapping roofs and high eaves.

4. Handmade traditional Chinese Souvenir. 2-3hrs.
Introduction: It is common knowledge that China has a long history and glorious history in both arts and traditional crafts. These are just two of the many jewels in China's over five thousand-year culture. The arts and crafts are not only the embodiment of the people's longing for aesthetic beauty for themselves and as gifts for others, but also great treasures for China and the rest of the world. Many of the master artisans have had their skills handed down via one generation to the next so that only the offspring of such an artisan could learn the necessary skills required. The result being that they are the most valuable treasures both for a family and for the nation.
