Inclusion & Etiquette: SKA Principles of Collaboration
The SKA is pleased to introduce a new initiative entitled: Inclusion & Etiquette: SKA Principles of Collaboration, whose intent is to define a framework to ensure a productive and enjoyable meeting for everyone. The SKA is committed to ensuring and fostering equality and diversity amongst its community and as such, the Principles of Collaboration document will continue to evolve over time, as we receive constructive inputs from our community on the principles addressed therein. Below you will find a link to the final version of the Engineering Meeting Programme as of 26 October 2015. The cut-off date for changes to the official programme has closed and therefore new requests cannot be guaranteed to be met.

Consortia board meetings and internal meetings that take place from Friday 13 November are to be arranged separately by the consortia at their own cost.
For informal meetings & discussions, we invite you to setup business breakfasts or business lunches with your colleagues. The conference venue also features dining facilities including a bar area and the upper Foyer where informal discussions can be held.

We have scheduled the current room booking on Friday to avoid confusion. Consortia are still liable for any costs incurred on this day.
