We encourage you to request your invitation letter as early as possible as this process can take a long time.
Please note that the information you will need to provide in the invitation letter depends on the country you are based in and we therefore ask that you to visit the website of the Canadian Embassy or High Commission in your country where you will find the exact information needed. As a minimum, we will need your full name as it appears in your passport, passport number, nationality and full institute address.
