Booking meetings
There are 9 meeting rooms that can be booked for the Engineering Meeting 2017 from 8.30 am. The final programme is set, but if you have any ad-hoc or additional requests, please contact Sarah Lamb at the Registration Desk from Monday morning onwards. We will endeavour to provide a room if available.
All meetings that are not Plenary meetings are by default closed unless otherwise notified.
N.B. If you book a meeting room you will need to be responsible to invite attendees
Even if they are additional to the programme, we request that your meeting secretary do all the same things as the already booked meetings:
- Have access to Community Confluence in order to access the Engineering Meeting Template via the link below (same procedure as last year) to:
- Add proposed attendees,
- Add meeting goals
- Add agenda items.
- Review each template you create and add further details as they become available
- Contact meeting attendees directly - as not all have access to Confluence, or haven't appreciated the significance of the auto-generated emails.
- Record meeting outcomes following on from the meeting.
