Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be hosted by the City of Rotterdam and will take place in the Burgerzaal of the Rotterdam Stadhuis on Monday 12th June from17.30 until 19.00.
The Stadhuis is a short walk from de Doelen - directions will be included in your welcome pack.
Conference Dinner
The Dinner which will take place on Wednesday 14th June and will be held on the James Cook, a boat operated by Spido (www.spido.nl/en/). The four hour cruise will take us through the port of Rotterdam, passing by Dordrecht and Kinderdijk (typical Dutch windmills) and then sail back to Rotterdam with beautiful views of the city skyline.
The cruise will leave at 18.15 from the Spido Terminal, which is approx. 25 minute walk from de Doelen and can also be reached by public transport - directions will be included in your welcome pack.
